Be the change you want to see.

Hold the ones who love you a little tighter, have patience, be thoughtful. They may not be here tomorrow. Do all the good you can with what you have. When you feel down, help someone else in need. It’s sure to change your mood. Find the good in those you love and embrace that goodness. Let go of the bad. Nothing in life is an absolute. Everything and everyone can change. Change is a choice. The choice is called love. Walk in love, it is an action, not just a word. The more love you give, the more you will receive. That is true for most things in this world. You get more of what you give. Don’t talk, do! Try new things. Explore the world, it is full of adventure. Cherish every moment with your children. They won’t need you forever, but needing them to want you is ok. Be their safe place. In life, Be positive or Be still. If you are unhappy, think about how to change yourself for the better. Learn the meaning of Grace. You can only change yourself and your reaction to negativity. Only let kindness and positivity escape your lips. Live well. Be compassionate. Let go of all negativity. It is poison. Help others. Know better, do better, be better. Love. It is the answer above all.
